N Rangareddy, born on 21 May 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. He held the position of Deputy Secretary from 1 February 1995 to 31 May 1997 and has also served as Director. His tenure in various administrative roles reflects his service within the Andhra Pradesh cadre until retirement.
