N. Prabhakara Reddy, born on May 7, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch from the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Parvathipuram Manyam, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since September 11, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Member, Director, and Joint Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
