Joint Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department
N P Sinha, born on 15 December 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Bihar cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Geography and a graduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Managing Director, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department from 1 July 1988 to 1 January 1989.
