N P Singh, born on 27 October 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Agriculture. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Joint Director, Project Coordinator, OSD to Minister, Joint Secretary, District Collector, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary at Madhya Pradesh from 1 October 1993 to 1 October 1994. He was associated with the Department of Corporate Affairs during his service. Singh is recognized for his extensive administrative experience within the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
