N Nageswara Rao, born on March 23, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Zoology and a Ph.D. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Joint Collector, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Co-operative Finance Corporation Ltd (APSCCFC) in Hyderabad, Telangana, from May 1, 2008, to March 31, 2011.
