N N Dave, born on 22 March 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com. and LL.B. from Gujarat University. Currently, he serves as OSD & Ex-officio Additional Secretary in the Revenue Department (Appeals) since 23 April 2025. His previous roles include Collector, Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, and Personal Secretary to the Hon. Speaker of Gujarat. Fluent in Gujarati, Mr. Dave continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Gujarat.
