N N Dave, born on 22 March 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com. and LL.B. from Gujarat University. Throughout his career, he has served as Collector, Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, and Personal Secretary to the Honorable Speaker of Gujarat. Currently, he is the OSD & Ex-officio Additional Secretary in the Revenue Department (Appeals) since 23 April 2025. Fluent in Gujarati, Mr. Dave continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
