N C Goyal, born on 07 July 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Additional District Magistrate, Assistant Development Commissioner, Controller, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, OSD to Minister, District Collector, Secretary, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, from 1 April 1994 to 31 July 1996. Mr. Goyal’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
