Muttimbaku Abhishikth Kishore, born on March 9, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Visakhapatnam since March 30, 2026. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Director, and Managing Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
