Dr. Muthukumarasamy B., born on May 9, 1975, is a 2007 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. degree and is proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying since May 28, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, First Secretary, Special Secretary to the Hon. Chief Minister, Special Secretary to Government, District Magistrate, Administrator, Chief Development Officer, and Joint Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS.
