Mustafa Mohammad, born on 15 August 1968, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Philosophy. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chairman and Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Mission Director, Additional Commissioner, District Collector, Vice Chairman, District Magistrate, Deputy Resident Commissioner, Special Secretary, OSD to Minister, Chief Development Officer, and Joint Magistrate. His most recent position was Principal Secretary at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in the Department of Public Enterprises from 9 September 2021 to 18 June 2024.
