Mulakh R Dhawan, born on April 20, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Punjab cadre. During his career, he held various positions including Deputy Commissioner, Additional Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Additional Secretary. His most recent appointment was as Additional Secretary in the Water Resources Department from December 23, 1996, to April 30, 1997.
