Mukul Kumar Gupta, born on October 7, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from SASTRA University, Tamil Nadu. Currently, he serves as the Director at Bihar in the Industries Department, a position he has held since June 2, 2025. Previously, he has held the roles of Collector and District Magistrate. Mukul Kumar Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
