Mukta Arya, born on June 8, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a graduate degree from Delhi University, an M.A. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, and a postgraduate diploma from Pondicherry University. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Commissioner, District Magistrate, Executive Director, Registrar, Additional District Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Officer. Since October 27, 2025, she has been serving as Secretary in the Industry, Commerce and Enterprises Department, West Bengal. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
