He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and a PG in Public Administration from Harvard University. Currently serving as the Chairperson at the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention, Cabinet Secretariat, he is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Punjabi.
