Mukhmeet Singh Bhatia, an IAS officer of the 1990 batch from Jharkhand cadre, was born on 30/09/1964. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and a PG in Public Administration from Harvard University. Currently serving as the Chairperson at the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention, Cabinet Secretariat, he is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Punjabi.
