Mukesh Puri, born on 26 January 1964, is a retired IAS officer from the 1988 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, a postgraduate degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, and a postgraduate degree in International Political Economy from the University of Tsukuba, Japan.
