Mukesh Pandey, born on 12 November 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours degree in English from Gauhati University. Currently, he is the Deputy Development Commissioner and CEO in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, a position he has held since 9 August 2015. Prior to this role, he served as a Sub-Divisional Officer. Mukesh Pandey continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to administrative functions within Bihar.
