Mukesh Mohan Mishra, born on 16 August 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Under Secretary. His most recent position was Commissioner Director at the Commercial Taxes Department in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, from 5 October 2009 to 31 August 2010. He holds a graduate degree and has contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh during his tenure.
