Mukesh Kumar Mesharam, born on 26 June 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Arch. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, an M.Arch. from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a postgraduate degree in Landscaping. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department of Uttar Pradesh since 18 September 2025. His extensive career includes roles such as Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, and Mission Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi and remains in active service.
