Mukesh Kumar Meena, born on 15 August 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech., M.A., and M.I.L.P. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Revenue Department of Andhra Pradesh since 8 September 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Assistant Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Commissioner, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Managing Director, Project Director, Executive Assistant to the Chief Secretary, Joint Collector, Project Officer, and Principal Secretary to the Government. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
