Mukesh Kumar, an IAS officer of the 2005 batch from the Chhattisgarh cadre, serves as Secretary to the Chief Minister. He holds a B.Com. in Commerce from Punjab University Patiala and dual M.B.A. degrees in International Business and Management from Punjab University Patiala and Massachusetts, respectively. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Kumar brings a wealth of experience to his current role.
