Mukesh Khullar, born on 23 February 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, CEO, Additional Commissioner, and SDO. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the General Administration Department of Maharashtra. Khullar’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the state government, culminating in his leadership as Principal Secretary before retirement.
