Muhammed Abdaal Akhtar, born on August 8, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. and LL.B. in Law from NALSAR U-Law Hyderabad. Currently, he is the Collector and District Magistrate of Anugul, Odisha, a position he has held since January 8, 2025. His previous roles include Collector and District Magistrate, Project Director, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Odia. Muhammed Abdaal Akhtar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
