Mugdha Sinha, born on June 4, 1974, is a 1999 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. She holds a Graduate degree in History (Hons) from Delhi University, an M.A. in International Relations, and an M.Phil. in Diplomacy from JNU New Delhi. Currently serving as Managing Director since April 18, 2025, her past roles include Joint Secretary, Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, District Collector and District Magistrate, Registrar, Deputy Secretary to Chief Minister, Additional Collector, Sub Divisional Officer, and Director General. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
