Mrutyunjay Sahoo, born on March 16, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, Project Officer, Joint Collector, District Collector, Special Officer, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Revenue Department from June 20, 2009, to March 31, 2014.
