Mrinalini Darswal, born on 12 July 1974, is a 2002 batch IAS officer of the Odisha cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is proficient in Dogri, English, Hindi, and Odia. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government in the Women and Child Development Department, Odisha, a position she has held since 6 February 2026. Prior to this, she was the Special Resident Commissioner. Ms. Darswal continues to be in service, contributing to the administration of Odisha.
