Moosa Raza, born on 27 February 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1960 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, Director, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Additional Secretary Equivalent, and multiple Secretary roles. His most recent position was Secretary in the Steel and Mines Department, Gujarat, from 1 July 1993 to 1 February 1995. Moosa Raza's extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Gujarat government.
