Mool Chandra Yadav, born on January 3, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Ph.D. in Agriculture. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Director, District Magistrate, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Commissioner at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, from April 16, 2006, to January 31, 2007. He also held the role of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department.
