Monika Rani, born on March 1, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Com. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Joint Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner/SDM, Chief Development Officer, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, and DM & Collector. Currently, she is the In-charge Director General at the School Education Department, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since September 16, 2025. Monika Rani continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
