Moneesh Kumar, born on April 16, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A. in Arts and is currently serving as the Director of the Technical Education and Industrial Training Department, Punjab, a position he has held since March 3, 2025. Throughout his career, he has also served as Special Secretary and Chief Administrator. Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Punjab in his ongoing service.
