Mona K. Khandhar, born on 15 August 1969, is an IAS officer of the 1996 Gujarat cadre. She holds a P.G. degree in Sanskrit, a B.Com. in Financial Accounting, and an EMPA in International Trade & Finance. Currently, she serves as Additional Secretary in the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi, since 1 April 2026. Her extensive career includes roles such as Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Minister (Economics & Commercial), Secretary to Government, Joint Secretary, District Collector, and Under Secretary. She is proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi. Mona K. Khandhar remains in service.
