Mohinder Pal Arora, born on June 7, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, Punjab cadre. During his career, he served in the School Education Department, holding the position of Special Secretary from February 4, 2016, to March 31, 2019. He also held the role of Managing Director.
