Mohinder Pal, born on 23 June 1966, is a 2008 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Punjab cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Industries and Commerce Department, Punjab, a position he has held since 24 June 2025. Throughout his career, Mohinder Pal has held various roles including Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Director, and Special Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service with a focus on administrative leadership within Punjab.
