Mohinder Pal, born on 23 June 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently serving as Secretary at Punjab in the Industries and Commerce Department since 24 June 2025, he has previously held the position of Director. Mr. Pal continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
