Mohd Shabir, born on July 6, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) and an M.Sc. in Zoology from Aligarh Muslim University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer in Salcete South Goa, Government of Goa, a position he assumed on September 2, 2024. Mohd Shabir continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of his designated region.
