Mohd Abdul Shahid, born on 15 August 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Currently, he serves as the ADM (Development) at Paschim Medinipur since 30 March 2026. Prior to this role, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Shahid continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and development within his cadre.
