Mohan Swaroop, born on April 21, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Registrar. His most recent position was Secretary in the Home Department from May 24, 2006, to April 30, 2008. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
