A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Joint Collector, Secretary, State Project Director, CEO, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Chief Personnel Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Special Collector. His most recent position was Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department from March 21, 2012, to March 31, 2014. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the state government before retiring from service.
