Mohammad Roshan, born on 17 January 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication and an MBA in HR Finance from Jawahar Lal Nehru Technological University, Andhra Pradesh, as well as an M.A. in Public Management & Governance from Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner of Belagavi District since 4 July 2024. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Magistrate and Collector. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
