Mohammad Mohsin, born on 15 May 1969, is a 1996 batch IAS officer of the Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Com. and an M.B.A. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department, Karnataka, since 16 October 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Secretary to Government, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Rehabilitation Commissioner above Secretary level, Administrator, Executive Officer, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Urdu and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
