Mohammad Kamran, born on January 3, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch of the West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Additional District Magistrate, Director, Special Secretary, and Officer on Special Duty to the Minister. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Panchayat and Rural Development Department from February 18, 2010, to January 31, 2011. Throughout his career, Kamran contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal until his retirement.
