Mohammad Iftikharuddin, born on 20 February 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, District Magistrate, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Vice Chairperson, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Commissioner and Director at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, within the Industries Department, from 2 August 2007 to 28 February 2022.
