Mohammad A Hasan, born on September 30, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Additional Secretary, and District Magistrate. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Department of Home from December 24, 2002, to September 30, 2003. A graduate by education, Hasan contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar during his tenure.
