Mithun Biswas, born on 16 February 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Heat Power Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Currently, he serves as the Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) at Raghunathpur, Purulia. His previous roles include Sub Divisional Officer and Officer On Special Duty. Mr. Biswas continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of West Bengal.
