Mithun Biswas, born on 16 February 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Heat Power Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Currently, he serves as the Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) at Raghunathpur, Purulia. Prior to this, he has held the position of Sub Divisional Officer. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
