Mithilesh Kumar, born on 27 February 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, holding the position of Additional Secretary from 28 March 2018. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar until his retirement.
