Mithan Singh, born on February 3, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English Literature. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Project Administrator, Under Secretary, Controller, Additional District Magistrate, and Junior Scale positions. His most recent role was Deputy Secretary in the Land Revenue department of Madhya Pradesh from May 1, 1993, to February 1, 1994. Singh’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
