Misal Sagar Bharat, born on April 4, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, assigned to the Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture with a specialization in Agronomy from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Secretary at the Backward Classes Development Corporation, Kerala, a position he has held since July 30, 2025. Prior to this role, he was appointed as Sub Collector. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
