Mira Ray, born on 19 October 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 batch, West Bengal cadre. She served in the Urban Development Department and held the position of Additional Secretary at Howrah, West Bengal, from 1 January 2014 to 31 October 2017. Throughout her career, she also served as Commissioner and Joint Secretary.
