Ministhy S., born on 27 May 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and is currently serving as Commissioner at the Sugarcane Industry Department, Uttar Pradesh since 28 July 2025.
