Her past roles include Joint Magistrate, Commissioner and Inspector General, Additional Commissioner, Special Secretary, Mission Director, District Magistrate, and Secretary. She has received several awards, including SWACHHA SHAKTI 2018, DEVI Award, and Rajeev Narayan Lok Sewa Samman 2013. Ministhy is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
