Mingma Tempa Sherpa, born on February 7, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree in History. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department, a position he has held since January 31, 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities within the administrative framework of Sikkim. He continues to contribute to the state's governance and administration as an active IAS officer.
