Minga Sherpa, born on 12 July 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. in History (Hons) from Delhi University and two M.A. degrees in International Relations and Public Management & Governance from JNU, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as Deputy Commissioner at J&K since 23 February 2026. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Director, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner Cum District Magistrate, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Secretary, and IAS Probationer.
