Minendra Kumar, born on 28 January 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in History. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer-cum-Managing Director of Bihar State Education Finance Corporation Ltd Patna, a position he has held since 20 October 2024. Throughout his career, he has held roles including Secretary Director and Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar state.
